NANKIA is committed to ensuring outstanding quality for every transaction.

Consumers, i.e., any individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside those individual’s trade, business, craft, or profession, are entitled to cancel any order on the following conditions:

Right to Cancel

48 Hours no reason cancelation before Shipping

You have the right to cancel the order 48 hours after you place the order or any time before the order is processed and shipped out.

If the products are pre-order items or customized designs are not implied to this cancelation term.

14 Days no reason cancelation after product delivered

You have the right to cancel this order within 14 days after you received the product.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires, physical possession of the goods.

30 Days up to the Quality of the Cancelation or Refund

You have the right to cancel this order OUT OF QUALITY REASON even after the 14 days none-reason cancelation period expired.

If there are quality problems with the product you received, you can get a refund or exchange for up to 30 days.

The following reasons are NOT covered by our 30-day return policy, and we are not liable for these issues: 

  • Products are exposed to adhesives, corrosive substances, or cleansing chemicals. Exposure to such substances can alter the appearance of your product.
  • Products are damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
  • Any orders received after 30 days from the date of delivered
Missing item, wrong item or incorrect package sent

During delivery, please make sure the package is in good condition (no sign of being opened) and confirm the contents before signing the package.

You have the right to cancel any order because of the missing item(s), wrong item(s), or incorrect package sent.

You can get a refund or exchange for up to 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires, physical possession of the goods.

For any issues, please contact us by cancelation email and follow our warranty process:

  1. Cancelation Email: cancelation@nankia.com
  2. Provide your order number and the product code (SKU number).
  3. Please send us a clear picture of the outer packaging, all shipping labels visible, and (if applicable) the item received.

Possible Solutions after the problem is confirmed by NANKIA:

If there is an item missing, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free within the warranty period.

If we have shipped the wrong item, we will either refund you in full or dispatch an alternative item (if applicable and available). NANKIA will decide whether you need to return the wrong product or not and reimburse you for the return shipping fee when we receive it.

Effects of Cancellation

Confirm: If you cancel the order, our service team will get back to you within 48 hours after you send out the cancelation email. You can start products returning after the service team reply with confirmation of the cancelation and the address for the product return.

Return: You are required to send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay, and in any event not later than 30 days after receipt of the goods. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired. Otherwise, we will consider this return unsuccessful and reserve the right not to refund.

Refund: We will refund to you all payments received from you without undue delay and not later than 10 working days after the day on which we have received the goods back. We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Responsibility: In any event, no additional cancelation fees will be applied. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. We reserve the right to claim compensation from you for any additional loss you deem to be caused and deduct the amount of the loss from your refund. If this is the case, we will keep you informed.

Shipping Cost: You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods and any other fees thereafter incur. Except in the case of missing item, wrong item or incorrect package.

Product Return Requirement

Please prevent damage to and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in unworn condition and, if possible, in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components.

If necessary, please use protective outer packaging. If you are no longer in possession of the original packaging, please use suitable packaging providing adequate protection against potential transport damage.

Please note that the above general information is not a precondition for effectively exercising your right to cancel. However, you will be liable for the loss of the value of the goods caused by packing problems during transportation. If this is the case, we will deduct the corresponding loss from your refund.

How to cancel?

The cancelation email should be sent to the below email with a clear statement of your decision to cancel this order.

Please include the below information in your cancelation email, which is IMPORTANT:

  1. Product name and order ID should be clearly stated with highlight
  2. 3 photos to show the current state of the product (no photo needed if the product not being sent yet)
  3. Reason why you want to cancel the order
  4. What you want to do: refund or exchange

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is essential for you to send the goods before the cancellation period has expired.
